Inventive, short experience that evokes a very specific set of feelings well. I found it only ran when I hit the J button, which was a little odd, but otherwise fine. 4/5 stars - excellent.
This game has a creative and funny concept. My favorite fish was Kevin, lol. He truly is the snack that smiles back. 😂
Here is a bug report as well. I ran into this error after trying to fish many times during the first narrative section (I thought "Don't Fish" would end the game, lol). I think the game ran out of fish to show me and caused an error.
Not a huge deal though since restarting the game was easy. Thanks for sharing this game. Cheers!
I really liked the way this played out. The effort in pressing the button repeatedly for an uninspiring catch really worked for me. Or, as a player, I felt guided into the game’s realization through its structure.

Especially loved your art for the contemplative scenes choosing not to fish.
Does anything more happen during the end credit when you can control the character to float around the abyss with the arrow keys??

This is great! The fish mechanic is really funny, and it blends so well with the general narrative, which is truly inspiring. I loved the artwork too.
